1) I think hes feeling unsecure because there is a high risk that he might get in trouble. He feels wired since robert asked to be his bodygaurd. He also feels upset that Laurie not only not joined the wave but now is attacking it socially. By putting out copies of the grapevine that work against the wave to shut it down. Also all those parents that are complaining to principle owens.
2) On pg. 95 , Laurie stopped and saw brad coming toward her. " Oh, hi, laurie I didn't reconize you from behind," he said. Then he did the wave salute. Laurie just stood there with out moving. Brad frowned. " Come on Laurie just give me the salute and you can go up". I think this is going to far with the wave because you should be able to go up in the stands without doing a salute.
3) Do you think laurie will suceed to take down the wave through the grapevine and why?

2) I also personally think that being excluded from something because you didn't do a salute or something is too much. I really think it's pointless, because if people want to get in, they shouldn't have to do it because it's just extra arm-work.
3) I think that she will give a severe blow to The Wave, but not entirely take it down. Then she might be hated all over The Wave community because of it.
1. Well, I don't think he wants The Wave around either if it means people are going to get hurt.
2. Yes, they think that The Wave is superior to everyone else who's not in The Wave.
3. Well, if her articles get people to quit The Wave, then I think she will, yes.
2.) I really like the sentence you chose because it reminds of the times when African American people could only sit in the back of busses but Laurie is kind of like the RRosa Parks in this story.
3.) I don't think she will defeat it with the Grape Vine but with the help of other students and some parents and teachers they may be able to.

3. i think laurie will succeed because she is going to complain alot about how the wave is really bad and also because the princible said if there is any complaning going on about the wave then its over
