A. Well Yoko and her family decide to leave Korea because the KKoreans were celebrating their Independence. They were drinking and they looked among the ware house to find young JJapanese girls to rape. If Ko didn't cut her hair i think she would of been a goner.
B. I think it was a good decision to leave Hideyo behind because if they stayed any longer the would've already been discovered. But I hope that Hideyo finds his way to his family. If I was Ko or Yoko i think i would have left because they live were at risk of being raped and killed.
2) If you were in Hideyo's position would you keep going on no matter what or would you just stay and let your self die? Why?

1. I agree that she would have been a goner, because the hair is just a dead givaway. Also, I hope that Hideyo finds his family as well, and it was nessecary to leave.
2. I think that I would keep going no matter what the hardships. If I gave up, it would just vanish just like that. We only have one life, so I would live it till I couldn't go any more.
1 i agree with you because i think that is KO hadn't cut her hair and bound her chest and gone to the bathroom like a boy she would have been raped so im glad she did those so she didn't get raped
2 if i was in hideos position i would have always kept going because i knew that my sister's and mother would have been wating

1.) I agree with you. I think that if they didn't disguise Ko like a boy she probably would have gotten raped.
2.) I think I would rest for a while and then I would move on because eventually I would like to re-unite with my family and if I die I can't do that.
1. I tink that you are right because people are getting raped and most of the drunk men are raping for celebration an if I were a woman I would hate that time.
B: think that you are right because they would get raped or killed and the chance of getting captured by the communists army.
